COVID-19 Update

Dear Patient,

Thank you for choosing Medical Park Tower Surgery Center for your healthcare needs. It is our privilege to care for you during your time with us.

We are closely monitoring the outbreak of the novel (new) coronavirus (COVID-19), and we continue to work with the State of Texas Health Officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to respond to any potential COVID-19 cases in our area.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are testing and pre-screening all patients at Medical Park Tower Surgery Center. We are asking patients, family members and visitors not to come to the facility if they have a fever or respiratory symptoms like a cough, or who have traveled outside the U.S. Family members and visitors who are sick and who do come to the facility may be asked to seek treatment or may be denied entry. This will help us minimize any potential contamination. Furthermore, unless the patient is a minor, intellectually disabled or has a language barrier, their family member and/or visitor will NOT be allowed to enter the facility. Discharge instructions will be given to the family and/or visitor outside the facility, preferably at curbside. Please note that we have also made appropriate accommodations in our waiting areas to maintain social distancing and all those that enter the facility will be required to wear a face mask.

We are committed to keeping our patients, our staff and our community safe by following local, state, and federal guidelines. Thank you for choosing Medical Park Tower Surgery Center. It is our pleasure to serve you!

Sincerely,

Connor Frizzelle
